Before settling in Denver, I owned and operated a thriving brokerage in Nashville, Tennessee, consulted top agents with individual sales of 80-100MM in Southern California for HomeServices of America – a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary – and managed escrows on some of the most expensive properties in the world. These experiences taught me that nothing is more important than earning my clients’ trust, and keeping their best interests at heart.

In building the success of my career, I found that the most meaningful parts were the sense of community that had been established with my clients. I visited Denver for many years, and fell in love with the people, architecture, climate, and the mountains. Jane Unhammer

Jane Unhammer is a Colorado native with an extensive background in all facets of real estate. Jane began her career three years ago as an assistant to the #1 broker in a locally owned operation that primarily focused on high-end and luxury properties and developments. After a few years as an assistant, Jane’s responsibilities began to expand along with her knowledge of real estate. She now maintains the title of Operations Manager and is a licensed Broker Associate with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. In assisting Nate with his buyers, Jane has become an integral part of a thriving business. Jane received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Technical Communication from Colorado State University and continues to deliver a “white glove” experience to the clients she works with.
